Mr. Del Vecchio has over eight years of experience in representing clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. His practice includes preparing and prosecuting patent applications on a working with independent inventers, start up companies and large corporations and securing their intellectual property rights. In addition, he works with start up companies and advises them on how to protect their intellectual property from the time of invention until the issuance of the patent. Mr. Del Vecchio also prepares and prosecutes trademark applications. He is also experienced in trade secret protection, copyright law and intellectual property licensing.
